You acknowledge that advertising platforms, algorithms, market conditions, and consumer behavior may affect campaign results.

3. Payments & Billing

All fees, payment terms, and billing schedules will be agreed upon in writing prior to the start of services. Late payments may result in paused services or termination of the agreement.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, creative assets, and content developed by Gear Media remain the intellectual property of Gear Media unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any proprietary materials without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gear Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Gear Media for services within the prior 30 days.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice, subject to any outstanding balances or contractual obligations.

Gear Media reserves the right to terminate service if a client violates these Terms or engages in unethical or illegal activity.

7. SMS Messaging & Communications Consent

By submitting your phone number through our website, booking forms, or advertisements, you consent to receive SMS messages from Gear Media related to your inquiry, appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related communications.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
